Do I need to be an EPION member or work in an EPI program in Ontario to attend this conference?

We welcome guests from outside of EPION to register and participate in this exciting conference.

Am I eligible for a subsidy?

As with previous practice, financial support (program subsidies and client bursaries) will be available for staff/individuals within eligible EPION programs. Details for who is applicable and the registration process will be available through EPION programs. 

What is the cancellation policy?

General Registration can be refunded through Eventbrite until November 12. After this date, we are unable to accept refund requests.

There is no penalty for cancelling a subsidised/bursary registration up to and including September 10, 2019. After this date, your agency will be invoiced for any late cancellations. If travel has been subsidised, your agency will be responsible for paying any non-refundable bookings. 

Room booking cancellations are subject to the hotel’s cancellation policies.
